I AM the Bread of Life
In this continuing series in the Gospel of John, Jesus is surrounded by questions and controversy over His identity and purpose. A growing teaching ministry, healings, and miracles have put Him in the spotlight as the potential Messiah or a well-disguised impostor. Alluding to multiple Old Testament motifs on God’s power to save His people, Jesus used the same phrase for Himself only allowed for God. Jesus says 7 times “I AM WHO I AM” and leaves us in no doubt to who He claimed to be. Exploring the identity of Jesus as God is the central theme of John Part Three. I AM changed the world then, and He can change our world and your world today.
