Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Local churches like North Metro join the mission by volunteering and providing shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. The amazing journey of a simple shoebox gift results in evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication.

- Nov 22 (Saturday), 3:30–5:30 pm
- Nov 23 (Sunday), 3:30–5:30 pm
- Nov 24 (Monday), 10 am–4:30 pm
Volunteers Needed
North Metro Church is also the central drop-off location for the north area, and as such, we need volunteers to help load the shoeboxes we receive into cartons, then load the cartons onto a semi trailer.
We also will be volunteering at the OCC Processing Center on Tuesday, December 2, from 7 to 10 p.m. to help move the packages along to their destinations.
