NMC has opportunities for adults of all ages to connect with one another and to get equipped for life to make an impact on community and culture.

Our focus is Community Groups. We believe the best place to develop relationships and build community to make a difference is in smaller groups. Our community groups meet in homes on different nights of the week to study God’s Word, pray, fellowship, encourage, and challenge one another.

Many groups are co-ed, family-oriented, and multi-generational. We also have groups for men and women, young adults, and Hispanic families. Our JOY Fellowship group meets on Sunday morning on-campus at 8 am and is focused on those 55+.

To get more information about Community Groups, please contact Troy Willey, Community Pastor, at [email protected].

To support Community Groups and encourage connecting, equipping and impacting, NMC has specific team ministries that offer easy ways to build relationships and serve.

The NMC Men’s Events Team bridges the gap between church and community groups by offering multiple events annually to help men of all ages get active in church life and serve the surrounding community and beyond. Events include retreats, adventure trips, seminars, sports, and missions projects. Contact Paul Luna, Men’s Events Team Leader, at [email protected] for further information.

Similarly, the NMC Women’s Events Team provides opportunities for ladies to build relationships and get to know one another. Annual events include mini-retreats, themed socials, local outreaches, and activities that include creative crafting and Secret Sisters. Contact Jenn Luscombe, Women’s Events Team Leader, at [email protected] for further information.

The JOY Fellowship not only meets weekly for Bible Study, but provides many ways for seniors to meet, fellowship, study, and serve. Activities include day trips, evening socials, and hymn sings with great food and fun! Contact leaders Russ and Pat Peterson at [email protected] for further information.
