COFU/NMC Monthly Food Drive to reach our community -
- Serve our neighbors in need in the name of Jesus – and
- Support our partnership with Community of Faith United (COFU).
- Please bring donations of non-perishable food on the third Sunday of every month and put them on the COFU truck.

COFU Volunteer Opportunities
Talk to Michael Fen about volunteering at COFU. COFU is one of NMC’s strategic partners who help the less fortunate by providing food and clothing as well as, amongst other things, helping with job search, computer access and computer training.

Summer Elementary Teachers – Do you love to work with kids and teach them God’s word? I am looking for a few people to train to work every other Sunday in the summer in 1st Grade, 2nd/3rd Grade during the 9:00 Gathering or in Children’s Church at the 10:45 Gathering.

Join the Greeting Team - Are you the happy sort of person who likes to meet and make folks feel at home? Then consider joining the Greeting Team and provide that positive, welcoming first impression to our guests and regular attendees. Contact Suzanne Halsey or call her at 303 450 2537
Join the Prayer Team - New groups are forming for prayer in addition to our prayer chain. Join others at 8am or 9am on Sundays or 9am on Wednesdays. All groups meet in room 108 which is also open Sunday at 10:45am and weekly during regular business office hours for quiet meditation. Email Lucinda Van Vleet for sign up and more information.
Federal Heights Volunteer Opportunities
Dear Good News Club/ Federal Heights Elementary School (FHES) friends- we have been asked by the PE teacher to help staff Field Day for the school on Wed., May 8
From Alex, the PE teacher: Field day is May 8th from about 8-11:20 am. Usually the volunteers get here at about 7:35 am to pick their stations. The more the better so I’ll take as many volunteers as you can get. Thanks so much again.
