Our church is always looking for ways to serve you as you live out your faith throughout the week. We are inviting you to have a free account to an exciting new video library called RightNow Media. It’s essentially the “Netflix of Video Bible Studies” because you will have instant access to thousands of great videos for kids, youth, parents, married couples, and more. You can view these videos from your phone, tablet, or computer. And you can also view them in a group setting through a TV or projector.

There are more than 2,000 videos from some great teachers. You should have already  received an official invitation email to give you FREE access to this library. If you haven’t received it, check your spam filter and accept the invite today. Since it was coming from RightNow’s system, it may have gotten filtered.

Simply find the email, click on the link, put in your name and a password and you’re all set. All of the videos are FREE for everyone to use.  If you have not shared your email address with us, use this form to update us!

When temperatures drop, our church opens our doors to shelter the homeless in the name of Jesus. Consider serving in this vital local mission to our neighbors in need.

Started the week with 20 guests and ended with 18. Two guests found shelter closer to their work and day care.
The SHOWERS were so wonderful! The guests were so grateful! This also decreased the gas costs and the weight on the volunteer base. It was a bit stressful getting and keeping the schedule at first — but, for the most part everyone cooperated and all went well.
Most of the ladies attended the Chocolate Boutique and they all had a lovely time! One guest won a couple of gifts and was thrilled!!
This month mandatory Life Skills Classes begin. Arising Hope and our Case Manager have written the curriculum and are excited to begin. This will be part of the contract that our guests sign upon entry into the program.
We had approximately 77 volunteers that gave of their time, energy and hearts to CWC this week. This does not include those that gave supplies.
We had 8 children this week and the youth that volunteered were such a help! They helped keep those kids engaged and loved on. We so love having them as a part of CWC.
I would like to point out several couples that host in the evening – Dave and Amy Hendricks, Jeff and Judy White and Carrie and Dustin Hartsuiker.  It is wonderful to see them serving in ministry together as husband and wife. They make great teams and are a wonderful witness just by their presence to our guests and our volunteers.
I don’t know if I have told you how wonderful this space is yet. It has helped us so very much!!  -Christina Harris

In order to save funds we are doing our own landscaping around our new renovation and children’s wing. Will you help?

Email Larry Van Vleet to find out more about what needs to be done and/or with your offer of help. Thank you!!
